We’re thrilled to have you stay with us and would like to guide you through our hassle-free self check-in process. While we don’t have a traditional reception desk, we’ve made it easy for you to access your apartment using a unique access code.

For booking.com reservations

First of all, Check both your inbox and spam folder for an email from us. Booking.com messages are automatically forwarded to the email address you provided during the reservation process. If you can’t locate the email, log in to your Booking.com account either through the app or the website (www.booking.com). and follow the instructions:

  1. Navigate to the „Bookings“ section, where you’ll find your reservation for White Swan Boutique Apartments. If you’re using the website, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select „Bookings.“

2. Scroll down to the „Contact the property“ section and click on „Send a message.“ 

3. You’ll find your access codes and other essential information in the messages we’ve sent.

4. Click on the provided link to complete your online check-in.

For Direct Booking Reservations

If you made a direct booking with us, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for a message from us titled „Booking Confirmation and Access Code.“ This email contains your access code.
  2. Follow the enclosed link to complete your online check-in and settle any city tax payments.
  3. If you can’t locate this email, please remember to check your spam folder as well

If you prefer a personal touch, feel free to visit our office, located at Prague Tourist Information, Mostecka 4. 

Here, you can not only collect your access codes but also receive:

  • Valuable sightseeing tips and tricks
  • Information about activities and ticket options
  • Prague City passes
  • Guidebooks and maps
  • Complimentary coffee and tea, available at any time

Still unable to check in?

If you encounter any issues during check-in, please consider the following:

  • Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and all access codes become valid at that time.
  • Ensure that the contact details you provided are correct, as we send access codes via SMS and email to the information you provided during the reservation.
  • Double-check your spam folder, as important messages may occasionally land there.
