Customers (herein “Data Subjects”) hereby grants the Data Controller (Processor) to the processing of the Personal Data under conditions stated below:
1. The Personal Data are above all processed on a lawful basis for the purposes of processing of orders, solving complaints, for essential accounting and other types of mandatory records. 2. The Data Controlled may use processed data to inform the Customer about current special offers and sales promotion, or eventually about the status of the bonus account and for other marketing activities. 3. The Processed Data will not be made available to the third parties without consent, except for the institutions legally empowered. 4. The Data Controller abides by the lawful GDPR legislation. 5. The Data Subject is entitled to exercise the rights conferred by the GDPR legislation, including the right to the withdrawal of consent.
